## Match the tool to the work

The session discusses generative AI such as ChatGPT and models that work across text, images, video, and audio. These capabilities can support research, design, documentation, and product development. Web-enabled search can bring current internet information into a research task; check important results against their sources.

## Give complex work useful context

The workshop calls contextual AI engines “context engines.” In this session, that means breaking a large instruction into smaller steps and giving the AI relevant context so a person can review each part. Clear, sequenced requests make it easier to see what the tool is doing and correct it when needed.

AI can also draft code, documents, wireframes, and tests. Treat those outputs as material to review and iterate on, then start with a small, workable product and expand it based on what you learn.
