## Work through the product lifecycle

The workshop describes AI as an assistant across the product lifecycle:

1. **Gather requirements and wireframe.** Clarify the problem, users, and workflows. Use tools such as Figma or other wireframing platforms to sketch the product.
2. **Document the requirements.** Prepare a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) to make scope and behavior clear. AI can help organize and draft the document.
3. **Build a prototype or MVP.** Implement the smallest feature set that addresses the core problem. Avoid adding features before they have a reason to exist.
4. **Test quality and security.** Use AI to assist with test creation and security checks, then review the results and fix issues before release.
5. **Prepare the product for launch.** AI can help produce branding concepts, marketing content, and website drafts; check and refine these to fit the product.
6. **Collaborate clearly.** Use AI to clarify, document, or translate requirements so teammates can coordinate around the same understanding.

Keep people responsible for deciding what to build and for evaluating generated work. Each stage should create something the team can review and improve.
