## Pair AI capability with human judgment

AI can improve the speed, accuracy, and scale of some tasks. People still provide creativity, an understanding of context, and leadership. The session frames curiosity, creativity, discipline, and emotional intelligence as part of an effective “execution mindset.”

AI-generated work needs human review. People set the direction, decide whether the output is useful, and take responsibility for how it is used.

## Protect attention and well-being

The workshop also raises the risk of cognitive overload and distraction, including from social media. Physical activity, mindful attention, and time for creative thinking can help people sustain their focus and productivity.
